TOKIO Hotel again, you ask? You bet. The German glam rock act, which played a promo show in Malaysia in May, returns to town as part of the international music showcase MTV World Stage.
The MTV-endorsed event returns to Sunway Lagoon Resort in Kuala Lumpur on July 31. The outdoor concert series, which made its debut at the same venue last year, will also feature live performances from American pop singer Katy Perry, South Korean pop divas Wonder Girls and local pop punk outfit Bunkface.
Tokio Hotel, regarded as the big highlight, will be the buzzworthy name while Katy Perry and Wonder Girls will be making their live debuts here at MTV World Stage.

“There’s nothing like the energy of 15,000 fans enjoying live music from some of the world’s most popular recording artistes. That is what MTV World Stage Live in Malaysia is all about,” said Indra Suharjono, executive vice president/managing director, MTV Networks North and South East Asia.
Just like last year, MTV World Stage Live In Malaysia 2010 is anticipating a crowd of over 15,000 fans.
